Refund Policy

Digital letters

Miel's letters are digital content written and delivered right after payment. Before paying, you agree that the letter will be delivered immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once it is delivered.

To help you decide, every letter page shows what's inside, a sample, and what details are needed.

When you get a full refund

If your letter doesn't arrive because of a technical problem on our side, or you were charged twice, you get a full refund.

Write to hello@mielstars.com with your order email, and we'll reply within 3 days.

When we can't refund

We can't refund a delivered letter because you entered details by mistake or didn't like the reading. That's why we ask you to check your details on the "Is this right?" step before paying.

Your local rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
