Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your nickname, email address, birth date, and (if you give them) your birth time and birth place.

For relationship letters: the other person's birth date and, if you give them, their birth time and place. We don't ask for their name.

Order details (what you bought, when, and the payment status). We never see or store your card number; payments are handled by Toss Payments and PayPal.

Why we use it

To calculate your chart and write your letters, to deliver them to you by email, to answer your messages, and to keep the records the law requires.

Who helps us

We use trusted services to run the cottage: Toss Payments and PayPal (payments), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), an email delivery service, and an AI provider that helps write letters. They receive only what they need for their part and may process it outside Korea.

We don't sell your information and don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your profile is deleted two years after your last visit (we email you a month before if we have your email). You can delete it at any time.

Purchase records are kept for five years, as required by Korean e-commerce law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@mielstars.com.

The cottage is for people 16 and older.
